The starting point is best reached by car. In case you're staying in Ballstad and don't have a car, you could speak to the friendly locals in Ballstad and eventually find someone to bring you with a small boat to the other side.

Information about the hike
This short hike is perfect to get a stunning view over Ballstad. Ballstad is a nice little town close to Leknes in the very south-west of the Vestvågøy municipality.
Near the beginning of the hike, there are a few steep parts, but most of the walk is quite easy.
